Feet Dude (real name unknown, because he doesn't have vocal cords to say it) is the most feared, yet hilarious, biological anomaly to ever set feet on earth.
Legend has it he's the result of a mad scientist's experiment who was so obsessed with 'leg day', he decided that the torso, arms, and neck were just evolutionary dead weight. Thus, this masterpiece was born: A bald head with bulging eyes connected directly to the ankles.
The way he walks makes absolutely no sense. Like a penguin holding in a bathroom break, but moving at Mach 2. You won't hear his footsteps... you'll just suddenly find him staring into your soul from under the table.
